You then need to be at the boat ramp wharf in Wanaka Lakeside Road 15 minutes before your flight. This is situated directly opposite Wanaka Bakpaka just past all the boats in the marina. We have a 24 hour cancellation/no refund policy. This means that if you do not cancel within 24 hours or do not do the weather check one hour before or do not turn up on time at the wharf we can not provide you with a refund.
