We require a minimum number of four (4) adult passengers for our days tours to operate. All half day tours require a minimum of two (2) adult passengers. Children’s rates apply to those aged between 3-13 years inclusive. Children 2 years and under are free of charge if not occupying a seat. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or recover all disbursement incurred on all tours where less than 7 Days notice of cancellation is given. Outside 7 Days no charge Within 7 days 50% Within 24 hours of scheduled departure 100% In addition to the above cancellation fees Cruise Ship Tours Ltd reserves the right to charge for any disbursements in respect of rail travel included in any tour should the booking be cancelled within 21 days of the date of travel. Online bookings may be liable for a 10% administration fee at any time. If no notice is given the full tour fee will be charged.
