Individual Bookings of One or Two People: Full payment to secure booking. Fully refundable within one week of departure (less 5% administration fees). 50% refund within 48 hours of departure. No refund for no show or within 48 hours. Group Booking of More Than Two People: Full payment to secure booking. Fully refundable within one week of departure (less 10% administration fees). Refunds after this point are negotiable.
