Cancellation Policy: Cancellations by customers must be made no later than 48 hours prior to departure to receive a full refund. No refund will be given in the event of the following: •Cancellation less than 48 hours prior departure •No show or late for departure •Staff deem a customer not suitable to participate due to ill health and intoxication. If you wish to reschedule please let us know at least 24 hours prior departure. Akaroa Adventure Centre reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions. In case Akaroa Adventure Centre cancels a trip prior to departure a full refund is available.
