Description
These villas include cozy open plan living, with a mezzanine floor and easy outdoor flow onto the deck. They are architecturally designed, brand new and an ideal option at Lake Ferry, with views overlooking Lake Onoke. The mezzanine floor is fitted with a Super King bed which can be converted into two single beds if required. A Queen fold out couch is available on request. This is an excellent set up for couples or a small family. Rent one of the villas or organize a few families to stay and rent all four. Chill out with your group and take in the scenery. When you are not relaxing on the deck, head to the beach and have a go at long line fishing with views of the South Island. Try your hand at catching whitebait in the spring, or sit back, relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset in the garden bar of the Lake Ferry Hotel. If you'd like to travel further a field there are numerous options ... A 30 minute drive from Lake Ferry is Cape Palliser. The home to the North Island's largest fur seal colony and the Cape Palliser lighthouse. Climb the 253 steps to see her up close. Around the coast at Ngawi there are some great surfing spots and the Putangirua Pinnacles which featured in The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King movie. And only a 30 minute drive away is Martinborough, where you can spend the day traveling around some of New Zealand's most famous vineyards.

Villa 3 is one of the two middle villas and is the more northern of the two center villas. This is one of four villas available which include cosy open plan living, with a mezzanine floor and easy outdoor flow onto the deck. This architecturally designed, brand new villa is an ideal option at Lake Ferry, with views overlooking Lake Onoke. The mezzanine floor is fitted with a Super King bed which can be converted into 2 single beds if required. Please let us know if you would like the two single bed configuration, as beds will normally be set up as a super king. This is an excellent set up for couples or a family with small children. All units have kitchenette facilities. complete with toaster microwave and coffee and tea making facilities,

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before arrival you will receive a full refund of monies paid. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations between 14 & 30 days before arrival. No refund is provided for cancellations within 14 days or in the case of a no show. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Covid related cancellations are looked at on an individual basis at the managers discretion. Guest will be charged for any damage to and or replacement of any furnishings or fittings caused by guest staying at Te Wheke villas. This also includes any deep cleaning of villa and or replacement of bedding towels or linen.
