Cancellation Policy and No Shows All reservations are tentative until a deposit is received. Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly so we apply a strict cancellation policy. In the event you need to cancel your booking we require a minimum of 14 days notice. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations or amendments to guest numbers within this period are deemed to be paid in full. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment. If for some unforeseen reason we cannot honour your reservation we will also use all of our resources to find an alternative location or will provide a full refund. If we need to move you to a different room during your booking for which a lower rate is available than the rate you booked at we will refund you the difference in the rates.
