Akaroa French Festival - A biennial festival celebrating the unique culture and heritage of New Zealand’s sole French settlement and the boutique destination of Akaroa.
Friday 29th April 2022 The Festival Opening Night – Le Premier Soir du Festival - 5.30pm - 10pm
Official Opening and welcome – speeches, raising of Maori, French, German and English flags. A family friendly night with live music, silent disco, outdoor cinema and lights surrounded by food and wine vendors
