The end of 2015 saw a complete refit of the premises and the beginning of McCashin’s Brewery Kitchen and Bar. A brand-new restaurant, bottle shop and bar and Brewery Tours Business operating from the former cafe space in the historic Rochdale Cider building and site of McCashin’s Brewery. Owners Tony Cropp and Brigitta Young are passionate about Giving their Customers an outstanding Food, Craft beer & Service experience. Brigitta Has 25 years experience as a chef and is well versed in all aspects of Hospitality and she Loves working Hands-on alongside the great Team of Staff at McCashins Kitchen & Bar. Tony has 30 years’ experience in large scale Business Operations and Staff management, a passionate foodie, who loves a Good Beer. When he’s not managing the sawmill, he is our resident “Handyman”, who loves helping in the bar when its busy or sitting enjoying a pint on the other side of the bar when it’s not.
