We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or recover all disbursement incurred on all tours where less than 7 Days notice of cancellation is given. Outside 7 Days no charge. Within 7 days 50% charge. Within 24 hours of scheduled departure 100% charge. To cover costs we also reserve the right to charge 10% administration fee for cancellations at any time for online bookings. If no notice is given the full tour fee will be charged.
