Located on Nelsons beautiful waterfront, Harbour Light Bistro & Restaurant is a family run business owned and operated by Steve and Jessica Coyne. With Steve at the helm as head chef in the kitchen and Jessica busy behind the scenes this couple makes your dining experience a delight. Open Monday to Saturday from 11:30 till late with amazing views over the water, the boulder bank and light house, Harbour Light Bistro is the perfect place for large groups or an intimate lunch or dinner for two. Harbour Light Bistro & Restaurant's focus is on quality fresh locally sourced cuisine. Owner and chef, Steve Coyne has created a menu that he describes as “a slightly different angle on traditional cuisine”. The wines are also locally sourced from Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough regions and are all carefully selected to accompany our many fine dishes.
