Welcome Aboard - Akaroa French Connection is a daily scenic coach tour between Christchurch and Akaroa. Sit back and relax and experience the panoramic views of the Banks Peninsula with informative driver commentary and photo stops along the way. Upon arrival in Akaroa you have time to explore the village with its colonial architecture, galleries, craft stores, and cafes. Relax or take part in the many optional activities that are on offer including wildlife cruises, swimming with the dolphins, sailing, penguin tours, sea kayaking and scenic walking trails. Photo stops enroute include: Little River, the "Hilltop Tavern", and the Barry's Bay Cheese Factory.
Cancellation Terms Up to 24 hours prior to departure a full refund can be claimed but may include an administration fee depending on the type of fare. Up to two hours prior to departure a fare can be credited towards an alternative service. If the alternative service is more expensive the additional fare charge will apply. If it is less expensive no refund can be claimed. Within two hours of departure no amendments are allowed. If events out of our control such as road closures or adverse weather conditions force the cancellation of your service we will transfer your booking to the next available service or we can give a full refund if the event is out of our control and the service is cancelled.
