To secure your booking, we require full payment on booking. To ensure the comfort of our other guests and staff, our home is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in guestrooms or anywhere on the property. We also ask that guests do not bring pets with them. Should any damage occur to the rooms or property during your stay, we reserve the right to charge you for any necessary repairs. Additional people beyond your booking are not permitted.
