Cruise Ship Shore Excursions - only •If a cancellation is notified before the dispatch of a vehicle to Akaroa a 10% of tour cost administration fee would apply. •If a cancellation is notified after the dispatch of a vehicle to Akaroa a 50% of tour cost cancellation fee would apply. •In the unlikely event of Call Jeeves Tours having to bring about a cancellation a full refund of payment(s) would be made. The reason for a cancellation fee: To ensure the early availability of touring services on time for a cruise ship day in Akaroa our tour vehicles incur hours of travel time to and from the remote port of Akaroa irrespective of the passengers coming ashore or not.
