We are based on a working beef farm, central to the Marlborough Sounds. Enjoy the peace of the country while walking on our private trail to a beautiful 20m waterfall or discover the glow worm grotto at night. If you fancy more adventure we can help you to hire a mountain bike or sea kayak nearby or walk on the stunning Queen Charlotte Track.

Our tent sites are spacious and quiet. The main facilities building has showers, toilets, an access facility, a kitchen with a tv and a laundry for your use. There is a fireplace for winter warmth and a covered outdoor area with a free BBQ.

Book these sites in advance as they fill up fast at Christmas and New Year. We try to give you as much room as possible and you use the main facilities building which has showers/toilets/kitchen and laundry. Dump site and fresh water available.
Standard Cabins

One room unit with beds, table and chairs. The double bunk has a single above it and there are two other single bunks. Facilities such as showers/toilet/kitchen and laundry are shared in the main building. Bedding can be hired at $5 per bed (one-off charge).
Self Contained unit (#1)

This larger unit has an accessible shower/toilet and a kitchenette and tv. Queen bed in the main room and two single bunks in the other. Main bed made up and bedding available for hire for others. Not serviced. Tea/coffee provided.
Park Motel

Queen bed in main room and double bunk bed with single above in other room. All beds fully made up, towels provided, Tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Serviced daily. Large private area in front of unit and views of farmland. Native birds in abundance. Pets
Cottage

Private self contained cottage with full walk in accessible bathroom with shower and toilet. Full kitchen with oven and all utensils, etc provided. Clothes washing machine with outside line (able to use dryer in main park facilities). Set apart from other park facilities with views over scenic farmland. Main bed is Queen size and there is a small room off this that could suit a small child (single bed). Extra rate for extra adult or child would apply and needs to be booked with owner. Meals not included. Cot hire is a one -off charge of $5
