Welcome to our world, set in a relaxing garden and surrounding countryside. Your accommodation has 2 rooms...a lounge & separate bedroom with ensuite & walk-in wardrobe.It acccommodates 4 in your group.The bedroom has a superking bed and the lounge has a double sofabed. You can make your own breakfast at your leisure and enjoy the swimming pool & deck area.The spa is available in cooler months of April-November. This peaceful place is only 7 minutes drive to the middle of the lovely Cambridge shopping area. From there you are central to many attractions...Lake Karapiro, Hobbiton of Lord Of The Rings fame, sports galore and many more...you are spoilt for choice! You have both these rooms all to yourselves. There is a TV with freeview and chromecast connected, in the lounge area. The kitchenette has continental breakfast there for you with bar fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. We are normally around to talk with you and help you with your time here. You have your own access and a key during your stay. Parking is right next to the door. The B&B is separate and is at the end of our house where we live. Mike and I are both friendly people who enjoy meeting new people. We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as we can. We love to travel so feel free to share your experiences with us if you wish. We respect your privacy.

Your lounge room has a TV with freeview and chromecast connection. The sofa where you watch TV converts to a double bed for extra guests in your group. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster & kettle, for you to enjoy a continental breakfast at the dining table or just outside on the poolside deck. We are normally around to talk with you and help you enjoy your time here. You have your own access and a key during your stay. Parking is right next to the door. Laundry facilities are available.

Positioned with views of the countryside and also the pool deck, this room is both quiet and self contained for you to enjoy. We welcome one and all to our "sanctuary" where you can relax, reflect and reinvigorate yourselves for the day ahead. The rural life is all around us yet you are only 7 minutes drive away from the centre of Cambridge.
If Cancelled greater than 2 days before arrival 30 Percent of the total amount. If Cancelled less than or equal to 48 hours notice prior to booking start date 100 percent loss of the total booking amount.
