Description
With the environment and sustainability in mind from day one we have always strived to do the right thing by our planet. From using sustainably harvested and locally grown timbers to build our chalets, to planting drought resistant plants, using environmentally friendly cleaning products, buying organic and fair trade produce where possible, using free range eggs for our breakfast guests and most recently adding solar panels we are constantly aiming to reduce our impact on the environment.

This spacious and well appointed premium one bedroom chalet has a queen sized bed in the bedroom (including sea views from the bed) bathroom, washing machine, is fully self catering (including a dishwasher and full stove/oven) and has a large living/lounge/dining area equipped with TV, DVD, phone, stereo/CD and broad band. There are two private balconies with amazing sea views.

The very spacious two bedroom chalet has 2 queen sized beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen including a dishwasher, full stove and microwave, balcony and decking with panoramic sea views. It is wheelchair accessible and equipped with a TV, phone, stereo/CD, DVD, safety box, iron, ironing board and Wi-Fi.
In the event that we are unable to re-let a cancelled booking the following applies: If we are unable to re-let the accommodation then cancellations made less then two weeks prior to arrival date will forfeit full cost of the booking. Cancellations made between two weeks and four weeks prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the total booking. Cancellations made more then four weeks prior to arrival date will not incur any penalties. 'No shows' will be charged 100% of the applicable rate of the total stay. Should accommodation booking be cancelled prior to or during the period of the reservation then we will endeavour to re-let the accommodation and if able to do so then all nights re-let will be refunded. Check-in: Is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement. Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex please smoke outside away from open windows doors and other guests especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations. Due to our intimate size any cancellation affects us significantly.
Child Policy Children are welcome upon request. We have a small fee of $8.00 per night/per child (15 years and under).
