This one bedroom family unit is a great option for families. It offers 2 single beds in the bedroom a queen bed in the lounge/dining area. The bathroom has a shower over bath and a kitchen ette provides all you need. The unit is upstairs at the back of the complex and has a small balcony with table and chairs.

Large spacious unit. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second has 2 single beds, there is also a single bed in the lounge area. The bathroom has a shower over bath. Well equipped kitchen area completes the unit.

Two bedroom unit with a queen bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, along with double spa bath. The kitchenette provides all your needs.

I agree to pay a cancellation fee of 1 night room charge if I cancel with less than 2 days (i.e. 48 hours) notification prior to check-in.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS The person checking into the unit and signing the registration form acknowledges and agrees that these conditions apply and extend to any person occupying or visiting the Sherborne Motor Lodge at the invitation of or with authority of the Guest. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred by them and their visitors during their stay including any fees or charges incurred as a result of a breach of the terms and conditions below. ROOM OCCUPANCY: Only the number of people designated on booking/check-in may stay overnight. You must advise us of any extra guests or changes to guest numbers. For fire and safety reasons we reserve the right to question the number of people present and take any action necessary to ensure maximum occupancy is not exceeded and/or extra guests or changes in guest numbers are declared. NOISE/PARTIES: In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the Motel a no party policy applies. Group congregations in individual units that involve excessive alcohol consumption and/or result in any noise or disruption to other guests will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict guests staying who have caused or are causing damage or disruption to the motel and its guests. VISITORS/PURPOSE: The property must not be used for unlawful purposes and guests are requested to adhere to the rules ensuring every guest peaceful enjoyment of the location as any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. SMOKING: Our motel units are smoke free inside. In the event of someone having smoked in the unit specialized cleaning and deodorizing treatment to remove all traces of smoke will be required. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. Smokers are asked to please use the ashtrays provided and smoke outside away from open windows doors and other guests especially children. Please be aware that smoking detected in any unit will incur a $120 cleaning charge. COOKING: In the interest of future guests we ask that you refrain from cooking strong smelling foods in the units to avoid residual lingering food odours that may be unpleasant for our next guests. We reserve the right to charge the cost of deodorizing treatment and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest. PROPERTY DAMAGE/DEGRADATION: Any damage to or degradation of Motel property whether accidental or wilful is the responsibility of the registered guest. The terms and conditions are for the safety and enjoyment of all our guests.
